New Horizon Recruitment Ltd was formed in February 2014 as a sole trading company under the name P&N Medical services. The director who is the founder worked in many numerous Hospitals and care settings in the UK since then as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
The challenges faced by the NHS and all other care sectors in staff shortage is critical and being a front liner in the Healthcare setting, it goes without saying that if nothing is done swiftly enough, the Health service will stumble, thereby jeopardizing the wonderful service the NHS and all other health care sectors have been providing all these years.

It was until 2019 when my daughter was poorly and was an inpatient in one of the hospitals that I realized how the NHS was struggling with staffing and relied on agency nurses. I started searching on how I could help source nurses from abroad. I then changed my company name from P&N services to New Horizon Recruitment Ltd.

New Horizon Recruitment Ltd is mainly run by Nurse Practitioners who have vast experience in nursing and have realized the impact staff shortage has in delivering expert care in our care settings in the UK.
We are dedicated team of nurses and Nurse Practitioners with numerous satellites in many countries and stakeholders on board. We have expanded our recruitment horizon to include education, finance, accountancy and engineering sectors. We have a vast number of professionals in the education and health care sectors waiting to fill the staff shortage gaps.
